Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh has requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue close coordination, urge progress in implementation, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for projects, and strive to complete the set goals in 2025.

To spread the value of Hue Bookcase and reading culture within schools, Hue City Institute for Development Studies has organized activities to introduce Hue Bookcase in schools. From April 11th - 16th, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Knowledge Management Institute (KMI) and Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City Quality Association, returned to Hue for a week to devote to education and local enterprises. On March 25, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, Nguyen Van Phuong, held an official meeting with Mr. Andrew Khan, General Director of Carlsberg Vietnam.

Hue is famous for its delicious cuisine, and the local authorities are actively promoting the brand name “Hue - The Culinary Capital”. However, the city has yet true food tours (Food Tour) in a proper and structured manner.

Developing medical tourism and wellness tourism is an inevitable trend and a strategic direction for Hue City, considering its comparative advantages both locally and within the Southeast Asian region. The tourism sector of the Ancient Capital is set to focus on proper investment in wellness tourism, alongside its existing strengths in other tourism types.

On the afternoon of February 19th, at Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC), Mr. Franck Bolgiani, Cultural Attaché and Director of the French Institute in Hanoi, visited and held discussions with the Center to strengthen cooperation in preserving and promoting Hue’s cultural heritage.
