On the afternoon of July 29th, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee - Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, inspected the progress of the FPT Education Complex project located in An Van Duong New Urban Area.

On July 29, Ms. Dinh Thi Hoai Trai, Director of Hue Museum of Fine Arts stated that the 8 paintings were created by 7 artists using various materials; in which, there were some paintings by artists whose works were already part of the museum’s collection.

In the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam, Dau Nguyen Thai Binh, a student of the Math Major 1 class at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, emerged as the top-scorer in Hue City and ranked fourth nationwide. On July 27, the Tourism Department announced that the number of tourists visiting Hue in the first 7 months of 2025 exceeded 4 million arrivals, significantly higher than that of 2024, which reached 3,9 million arrivals.

On the night of July 26, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese national team participating in the 2025 International Biology Olympiad (IBO) held in the Philippines. Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted won a Silver Medal.

According to information from the Ministry of Education and Training, at the 55th International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2025), held in Paris, France from July 17th to 25th, Tran Le Thien Nhan from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted not only won a Silver Medal but was also named one of five global recipients of the “STEM for All” award presented by the Thales Group (France).
