On the morning of December 19, at Km 64+400 (Huong Tra Ward), the Ministry of Construction, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Hue City and the People’s Committee of Quang Tri Province, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to expand the Eastern North-South expressway, Cam Lo - La Son section.

Following Directive No. 234 dated November 30th, 2025, issued by the Prime Minister on launching and implementing “Quang Trung Campaign” to urgently rebuild and repair homes for the families whose houses were damaged during recent natural disasters in the central provinces, on the morning of December 6th, at Khe Tre Commune, Hue City People’s Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony to begin the construction of new homes for residents whose houses had collapsed or been severely damaged.

On the morning of November 29, leaders of Hue City Project Management Board for Transport Construction Investment announced that the project of coastal road and the bridge passing over Thuan An estuary has reached approximately 90% of its total construction value; and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

Besides the ancient heritage architectural works with splendid beauty, future architects also depicted a truthful yet incredibly gentle portrayal when sketching modern constructions of Hue City on its development.

On October 1, Green Lotus Fund, the Youth Union of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company, Hue City Social Policy Bank, Hue Export Garment Joint Stock Company, and Le Domaine De Cocodo Hotel, organized the “Mid-Autumn Festival for Children” program at Hong Thuy Primary and Secondary School (A Luoi 1 Commune).

On September 16th, Hue City Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board reported that it had submitted a proposal to Hue City People’s Committee for approval of the investment policy for building the new Vinh Tu bridge across Tam Giang lagoon, connecting Quang Dien commune with Phong Quang ward. The project’s total investment is estimated at over 1.500 billion VND.

After nearly 70 years of construction and development, Hue University has affirmed its mission of training high-quality human resources for the Central - Central Highlands region and the nation.

On the morning of August 31, Phu Xuan Investment and Service Trading Joint Stock Company coordinated with Hue City People’s Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony for the commercial project at No.42 Phan Chu Trinh St. (The Moonlit Hue Hotel).

On August 26, the inauguration ceremony for the Phu Bai Brewery expansion, and the commencement ceremony of Scavi Huong Tra Factory construction took place in Hue City.
