It not only strengthens the cooperative relationship between the two sides, but also opens up new development opportunities for the city in the coming period.

Notably, the Group has proposed to explore and implement several key transport infrastructure projects, including: the La Son - Chan May Port Expressway, the Ring Road 2, and the Ring Road 3. These projects are of significance in enhancing regional connectivity, reducing inner-city traffic pressure, and expanding development space.

“The successful implementation of these projects will create momentum for infrastructure development, contributing to realizing the goal of building Hue into a modern and sustainably developed city founded on culture and heritage,” affirmed the Chairman of the City People's Committee.

As a centrally-governed municipality since 2025, Hue aims to become a major and unique regional hub for culture, tourism, and specialized healthcare, as well as a national center for science, technology, and high-quality education. The city leader affirmed that the city will provide all favorable conditions regarding mechanisms, policies, and administrative procedures to ensure the prompt and effective implementation of cooperative projects.
