| Leaders of departments and the city press the button to launch the Vlasta Premier - Phu Hoi Project |
This is a meaningful activity marking the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of Hue City (March 26th, 1975 - March 26th, 2026) and the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30th, 1975 - April 30th, 2026).
The Vlasta Premier - Phu Hoi Project is located along Tran Cao Van – Nguyen Tri Phuong axis, in the central area of Hue City, where administrative, cultural, commercial, and service values converge. This area benefits from synchronized infrastructure and limited land availability, offering strong potential for sustainable value growth.
The project covers an area of 17.213,6 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 1.192 billion VND. It includes two apartment towers and seven rows of townhouses, providing around 482 apartments and 55 townhouses, meeting the needs of a population of approximately 1.800 residents.

Vlasta Premier - Phu Hoi is positioned as a high-end development, aiming to create a modern and convenient living space integrated with Hue’s cultural elements. It features a full range of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, healthcare facilities, and service areas, enhancing residents’ quality of life.
The project is expected to supplement the supply of quality housing, promote urban revitalization, and support the development of the service economy, gradually shaping a modern urban landscape for Hue in harmony with its heritage. Once completed, it will improve living conditions, create a new architectural highlight, and contribute to the growth of commerce, services, and the local economy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Phan Quy Phuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company, along with departments, agencies, and local authorities, in completing investment procedures to ensure the project’s readiness for groundbreaking.

| The project is expected to become a new urban highlight of the city |
To ensure timely implementation and completion, following the ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan Quy Phuong requested that the investor and construction contractors commit to mobilizing sufficient resources and workforce to meet the project schedule. The investor is required to direct, urge, and closely supervise contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, meeting quality and aesthetic standards in accordance with current regulations, with particular attention to labor safety, fire prevention and control, and environmental protection requirements during construction.
Relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities are requested to continue accompanying and closely coordinating with the investor, creating favorable conditions for contractors to complete the project on schedule, while ensuring security, public order, and traffic safety throughout the construction period.
