Continue investing over 1.000 billion VND in boarding inter-level schools in border areas

HNN.VN - Continuing the policy of developing boarding inter-level schools (primary - secondary) in land border communes, Hue City People's Committee is preparing to commence construction of the remaining projects in A Luoi communes.

 Projects to build boarding inter-level schools are being implemented in A Luoi communes

Accordingly, the total investment capital for new construction and upgrades of the boarding inter-level school system in A Luoi communes amounts to over 1.000 billion VND. At A Luoi 1 Commune, the school will be built on an area of approximately 89.100 m², serving about 1.435 students. At A Luoi 2 Commune, the project covers 49.000 m², meeting the learning needs of around 1.220 students with a synchronized infrastructure system. At A Luoi 5 Commune, the school will span over 50.000 m², serving 786 students.

In addition to classrooms, the projects will include specialized subject rooms, libraries, multi-purpose halls, dormitories, dining facilities, teachers’ housing, and other infrastructure supporting students’ daily life and physical development.

Currently, project preparation is underway. Site clearance has largely been completed, ensuring conditions for construction. According to the plan, feasibility study reports will be finalized for appraisal and approval, with implementation expected during the 2026-2027 period.

These projects are expected to improve teaching and learning conditions, contribute to advancing education universalization, and increase school attendance rates in border areas. They also aim to help schools meet Level-2 national standards for facilities as regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.

The boarding inter-level schools in A Luoi 3 Commune and A Luoi 4 Commune Projects, with a combined investment of 510 billion VND, are currently under construction and are expected to be completed before August 30th, 2026.
