On the afternoon of October 18th, the Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to summarize and present the 1st Hue Ancient Capital Women’s Creativity Award (2024) to 15 authors and group of authors who are the leaders of excellent works/groups of works of award-winning caliber.

On the afternoon of October 9, at Thanh Nien Guest House, Tuoi Tre newspaper coordinated with Thua Thien Hue Provincial Youth Union to organize the "Tiep Suc Den Truong" scholarship awarding ceremony for 91 new students with difficult circumstances from Thua Thien Hue (82 new students) and Quang Ngai (9 new students).

On October 5th, the Vietnam Digital Media Association and VietTimes e-magazine held the Vietnam Digital Awards 2024 ceremony in Hanoi. Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) was honored in the category of Outstanding digital transformation by public service and business units with its solution “Applying digital technology to conserve and promote the values of Hue’s heritage.”

On the morning of October 6, Hue University held the final round and awarding ceremony for the “7th Hue University Startup and Innovation Idea Competition 2024” with a desire to bring practical values to the community.

In the framework of the honoring ceremony of the 3rd Top Vietnam Industries 4.0 Awards held in Hanoi recently, Hue Monuments Conservation Center was honored in the category: Top Creative and Innovative Science/Technology Organizations/Businesses.

On the afternoon of September 25, the Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to honor “Exemplary citizens of Thua Thien Hue province” in 2023 and award various state-level awards to groups and individuals.

Vietnam has continued to be named as “Asia’s Leading Destination”, “Asia’s Leading Heritage Destination in 2024”, and “Asia’s Leading Natural Destination in 2024”, together with many other prestigious awards.

On the evening of July 13, the award ceremony of the 35th International Biology Olympiad (IBO) took place in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this Olympiad, Ho Duc Trung, a 12th-grade Biology student, Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted clinched a silver medal.

At the 15th annual competition for excellent students from specialized high schools in the Coastal and Northern Delta region held in Hai Duong, students from Quoc Hoc – Hue High School for the Gifted won a total of 29 medals and awards. The closing ceremony and award presentation took place on the afternoon of July 17th.

On July 14, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University held a graduation ceremony and awarded bachelor's degrees and master's degrees to the students of the 2024 academic year.
