32 individuals recognized as excellent receptionists

HNN.VN - On the evening of September 26, Hue City Tourism Association, in coordination with the Hue City Hotel Association and Hue Tourism College, organized the closing ceremony, summary, and award ceremony for the 2025 Receptionist Skills Competition; and a gala dinner.

This year's Receptionist Skills Competition attracted the participation of numerous contestants from almost all 5-star and 4-star hotels, as well as a number of representative 3-star hotels in the city.

After various competition rounds, the organizing committee awarded 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes, and 7 consolation prizes to outstanding contestants. In addition, 32 individuals were also recognized as excellent receptionists.

This is a meaningful activity aimed at contributing to the improvement of tourism service quality, building Hue's image as a civilized, friendly, and professional destination, and simultaneously enhancing the professional skills of hotel staff. The event is part of a series of activities for the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025, and to celebrate World Tourism Day on September 27.
