Awarding scholarships to 94 underprivileged students from five communes

Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.

On the morning of April 25th, at Dang Van Ngu Secondary School, the Zhi Shan Foundation, in coordination with the People’s Committee of An Cuu Ward, held a ceremony to inaugurate two “friendly libraries” and hand over bookcases to local schools.

From April 22 to 24, the Zhi Shan Foundation, in collaboration with the Social Work and Child Protection Center, and local authorities, organized scholarship award ceremonies for studious students overcoming difficulties across the city.

On April 22, the Zhishan Foundation, the City Social Work and Child Protection Center, in collaboration with the Phong Dien Ward People's Committee, organized the first-round scholarship awarding ceremony in 2026 for poor students overcoming difficulties in Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, and Phong Quang wards.

On April 18, the University of Education, Hue University, held a ceremony to award AMA scholarships with a total value of nearly VND 1.3 billion, funded by AMA Scholarship Fund, to 30 underprivileged students with outstanding academic efforts.
