On July 20th, the provincial Red Cross Society, Oxfam in Vietnam, and the New Zealand Embassy in Hanoi organized a summary workshop for the project “Post-COVID-19 livelihood recovery for female farmers in particularly difficult and for difficult communes in Thua Thien Hue.” The event was attended by Ms. Caroline Rachel Beresford, New Zealand Ambassador to Vietnam.

For the first time, the “Victory Challenge Sailun Cup 2024 & Car Camping Festival” off-road car racing event will take place at Thuy Tien Lake Park, Hue City. "Quê Nẫu" (Nẫu refers to Binh Dinh) is the theme of an art exhibition opened on December 20th by Dang Mau Tuu - a painter, at the Provincial Convention Center of Binh Dinh. The exhibition was organized by the Provincial Literature and Artistic Association of Binh Dinh.

On the morning of December 20th, the book launch event of “Tran Hoan - A talented cultural figure, artist, and distinguished soldier” was organized by Thuan Hoa Publishing House. The book, co-produced by Thuan Hoa Publishing House and the musician’s family, is published to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Tran Hoan's passing over and to commemorate the 95th anniversary of his birth.
