In his remarks, Dr. Nguyen Vu Minh, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, emphasized: “Thirty years may not be long compared to the history of a university, but it has been a journey of effort and pride. From the early days of limited facilities and staffing, the Faculty was founded in cooperation with Hanoi University of Architecture. Over time, it has grown to become a prestigious training institution, making important contributions to education and urban development.”

To date, the Faculty of Architecture has trained thousands of architects, many of whom are now leading experts, holding key positions in planning and architectural design projects, and contributing to the transformation of the urban landscape in Central Vietnam and across the country. In addition to undergraduate programs, the Faculty has developed post-graduate level training, established facilities that meet national accreditation standards, and was honored with the Ministry of Education and Training’s emulation flag for “Outstanding Achievement” in 2023.

Dr. Vu Minh expressed deep gratitude to previous generations and expressed hope that today’s students will carry on the tradition, becoming highly skilled, creative architects with a strong sense of community responsibility.

As part of the anniversary, the Faculty of Architecture also organized an exhibition of outstanding works by lecturers and students on campus university, attracting a large number of visitors. The exhibition not only showcased academic and research achievements but also reflected the creativity and the aspiration of contributions of teachers and students. In addition, a scientific seminar on the theme “Architectural Training in the Digital Age” was held, providing a forum to exchange and discuss new trends, challenges, and opportunities for the discipline in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
