HNN.VN - On the afternoon of March 26th, Orient Human Design Inc Association, together with UT Aim Co., Ltd, Japan had a working session with University of Economics, Hue University on connecting and offering internship positions to students, as well as placing orders regarding human resource training for Japanese businesses in the near future.

At the meeting, Orient Human Design Inc Association informed that the population in Japan was aging rapidly in the meantime, and businesses have to suffer from a serious shortage of labor. Training facilities find it difficult to attract learners, leading to a shortage of labor resources. It is predicted that in the coming time, Japan will face even more difficulties in terms of labor resources.

Visiting Hue University on this occasion, Japanese businesses hope to offer internship positions in Japan for 1 year and 3 years to students majoring in economics, services, manufacturing, etc.,. After the internship, graduates can stay and work in Japan. The internship program will be converted to internship credits for participating students, and all participation costs will be paid by Japanese businesses.

In addition, Japanese businesses also have a need to recruit management and production engineers to work in Japan if they meet the requirements of the recruiting unit, especially in terms of Japanese proficiency.

According to University of Economics, Hue University, linking with businesses is an important solution to improve training quality. Good connections with businesses will also help students find jobs more easily after graduation.

When surveyed, up to 20% of the students chose Japan as a place to do their internships, and they further expressed their desires to have a long-term career there. To be able to provide quality labor resources for Japanese businesses, it is necessary that these businesses have specific documents on training orders, which can be used as a basis for the university’s admission quota. This will also help the university be proactive in building appropriate training programs, especially Japanese language training for students.
