Cooperation provides apprentices with the opportunity to experience international exposure

Ile-de-France Chamber of Trade and Crafts is a public agency responsible for representing, boosting, and protecting benefits of craft businesses in the area of Ile-de-France – Val d’Óie, Frech Republic.

The exchange project between the trainees of CMA IDF-IMA Cergy (Under the Ile-de-France Chamber of Trade and Crafts) and Hue College of Tourism in Vietnam aims to boost the development of cooperative activities between the two units and further the collaboration among the institutions. This initiative also aims to provide apprentices with opportunities to gain diversified international experiences.

This is a part of a bigger project of pushing up international learning and cultural exchange, allowing apprentices to explore a new country, a new culture, and develop their professional skills. There will be various performances and exchange sessions on culinary art. The project will also include some major activities, such as culinary performances, as well as cultural and educational activities, etc.

As part of the cooperation, both parties agree to support the development of professional training programs in the fields of tourism, hoteling, culinary techniques, and beauty care through student exchange activity. They will also facilitate the exchange of experts, lecturers, and workers between the two units to promote the sharing of best experiences and cultural exchange. Additionally, the lecturers working at Hue College of Tourism in related fields will get the chance to participate in the activity of training and updating their teaching competences, along with many other activities.
