Free reconstructive surgery for 100 cases of congenital deformities

On the morning of January 11, Hue Department of Health, in coordination with the Central Committee of Vietnam Young Physicians Association and Viettel Hue, organized a program providing free medical check-ups, health consultations, medicine distribution, and gifts for policy families and disadvantaged households in Hoa Chau Ward.

From early 2026, in addition to maintaining current ticket prices, Hue City will significantly expand the groups eligible for free and discounted entrance fees to heritage sites within the Hue Complex of Monuments. The move aims to facilitate access to heritage for residents and students, and to promote sustainable tourism demand.

On the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), Hue Monuments of Conservation Center will offer free entrance to the heritage sites under the Hue Complex of Monuments to all Vietnamese citizens.

Following the free motorbike repair program, Hue Industrial College has launched another initiative to provide free repair services for electrical equipment, electronic appliances, as well as, refrigeration equipment damaged by the recent floods in Hue City.

On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, visited and encouraged people at a charity kitchen located at Truong An Primary School, Thuan Hoa Ward.
