Cooperation in training high-quality human resources in tourism sector

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between the college and the enterprise

This cooperation agreement aims to promote the capabilities and strengths of each party, exploit and effectively utilize the potential in facilities, human resources, and expertise in training high-quality human resources that meet the recruitment needs of the enterprise. It also aims to jointly enhance expertise, train students in skills, and provide practical experiences in interacting with enterprise through activities and events throughout the plan agreed upon by both parties.

The agreement aims to bring practical benefits to all three parties, including the training unit, the enterprise, and the students, in the fields of practical training and development of high-quality human resources that meet the human resource needs of the enterprise.

Based on each specific stage and capability, the enterprise will also select and decide to award scholarships to students who overcome difficulties to study well, or sponsor funds for activities of the college and students. In addition, the enterprise will also send senior staff to participate in exchange sessions, equipping students with soft skills so as to enhance the practicality for students. The enterprise will also create opportunities for students to intern and gain practical experience, and prioritize the recruitment of students and alumni of the college.
