On September 12, in Hue City, the Department of International Cooperation, the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology held a training conference on international integration and cooperation in the field of Science and Technology for officials from departments, agencies, businesses, and reporters. At the same time, they also launched an Online Competition in exploring Digital Transformation in Hue City in 2025.

On the afternoon of September 6, the Chan May Port Border Guard Station, in coordination with the Chan May - Lang Co Commune Health Station and Thua Luu High School, organized a training and outreach conference on drowning prevention for students before the rainy and stormy season in 2025.

To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. On August 21, at Hue High School for the Gifted, University of Sciences, Hue University, the Department of Education and Training organized a training conference on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching and assessing English language at the primary level.

On August 15, at the auditorium of Hue Science High school for the Gifted, the Department of Education and Training of Hue City organized a specialized training session titled “AI application in teaching, testing, and evaluating English language courses” for teachers from middle schools and high schools in the area.

Apart from Tran Quoc Vinh, Hue still has no shortage of cueists capable of competing for medals at major tournaments, who are diligently training and nurturing their ambitions. It feels as though they are waiting for a “push” as a catalyst to ignite their breakthrough.

On the morning of August 7, Hue City Department of Health held a training conference to implement the 2025 plan for the project titled “Support for the Implementation of Effective and Sustainable Interventions for Drowning Prevention in Hue City”, with the participation of representatives from various departments, agencies, as well as the People’s Committees of communes and wards, and other related units.

On July 29th, the Vietnam Center for the Development of Maternal and Child Health, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, held the opening ceremony for the first-level postgraduate neonatal medicine training course based on standards from the United Kingdom. This marks an important step forward in improving the quality of neonatal care in Vietnam, particularly in underserved regions.

On the night of July 26, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the Vietnamese national team participating in the 2025 International Biology Olympiad (IBO) held in the Philippines. Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted won a Silver Medal.
