Inauguration of the “My School Makeover” Project

HNN.VN - On April 7, the Hope Foundation (FPT Group) coordinated with Nippon Paint Vietnam and the Department of Education and Training of Hue City to hold an inauguration ceremony for the “My School Makeover” project at Phu Luong Kindergarten - Dong A Campus (Phu Ho Commune).

The project supporting in the renovation and repainting of schools 

With funding from the Hope Foundation and Nippon Paint Vietnam, the entire kindergarten campus has been newly repainted, improving teaching and learning conditions for teachers and students here. Also on this occasion, the FPT for Community Foundation also presented 2 televisions (75 inch and 55 inch) and 60 gift sets for students.

Earlier, to improve school environment and provide a more spacious and safe learning space, the Hope Foundation, in collaboration with FPT Group, Nippon Paint. and local authorities, implemented the “My School Makeover” project in Hue City. The program has repainted and renovated deteriorating facilities at 20 educational institutions across the area, with a total budget of over VND 1 billion, thereby enhancing students’ learning and living conditions.

It’s known that the Hope Foundation “was born” in 2017, and it has been run by FPT Group and VnExpress. In Hue City, the foundation has implemented various meaningful programs, such as support for pediatric patients, assistance for residents affected by natural disasters, and building up digital libraries. Notably, the project “My School Makeover” has contributed to the renovation of various educational facilities at many schools across the city.
