Establishment of the University of Finance - Marketing’s Branch in Hue
HNN.VN - On April 13, the Ministry of Education and Training issued Decision No. 866/QD-BGDDT to establish a branch of the University of Finance - Marketing (UFM) in Hue City.

According to the decision, the UFM’s Branch in Hue City is established on the basis of the the Branch of the University of Finance - Accountancy (284 Pham Van Dong Street, My Thuong Ward). The establishment aims to enhance training capacity and meet the demand for high-quality human resources in the Central region and the country as a whole.
The decision also clearly outlines the responsibilities of the UFM and the University of Finance - Accountancy in coordinating with relevant agencies to carry out the comprehensive handover and transfer of personnel, students, finances, facilities, equipment, and documentation.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing, providing the important legal basis for the UFM’s Branch in Hue City to begin operations in the coming time.
In 2026, the UFM, Hue Branch, will enroll 790 students across five majors: Business Administration, International Business, Finance - Banking, Accounting, and Economic Law. Students admitted to the Hue Branch will receive a 15% tuition fee reduction for the 2026 intake.
