On the afternoon of January 4, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology – Hue University coordinated with CoTAI Startup Studio, and high schools in the provincial area to hold a festival of experiencing artificial intelligence called “AI Open Day 2024”.

Innovative start-up activities in Thua Thien Hue have obtained many achievements and have been honored. However, in order for them to continue to spread, in addition to internal resources from enterprises, startups also need mechanisms and policies to effectively activate innovative start-up activities in each business.

On May 28, World Wide Fund for Nature in Vietnam (WWF-Vietnam) coordinated with Thua Thien Hue Startup and Innovation Center held a final round of the contest “Hue plastic waste reduction initiatives 2023”.

The 5th national startup festival for students 2023 was held at Hue University on March 25 and 26. With large scale of organization, the festival this year will consisted of various important activities and Hue University was ready for each one.

On the morning of February 23, the project ‘Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam’ (sponsored by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Vietnam through WWF-Norway) and the Provincial Center for Innovative Startup officially launched the contest “Initiatives to reduce plastic waste - Hue 2023”. The contest was held with an aim to find innovative ideas to reduce plastic waste in Hue City.

From the orientation of fast and sustainable development towards green growth of the province, the movement of green startups and applying the circular economy (CE) model is spreading vigorously.
