VSC2024 accepted registrations from July 26 to August 25, 2024; preliminary selection of applications was conducted from August 26 to September 13, 2024; and on September 20, 2024, 14 outstanding projects were announced to enter the semi-finals (Online Pitching) taking place on October 19, 2024. The final round, held on the afternoon of January 14, 2025, was exciting and lively, with 8 of the most outstanding startups selected from hundreds of registered projects.

The First prize went to the UCTalent Labs project - UCTalent Labs Company Limited; the Second prize went to the Binks project: Natural Color Paint - Binks Green Products Joint Stock Company; and the Third prize went to the AIRemedy Air Purifier Integrated with Plants project - TreeOTek Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the final round, Dr. Hoang Kim Toan, Director of the Startup and Innovation Center - Hue University, informed that the goal of VSC2024 is to create a bridge between Vietnamese startups and Japanese investors; support the provision of in-depth services on investment procedures, legal issues, and marketing; cooperate to promote relations between businesses of the two countries; and support startups in applying technology to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

On this occasion, investment funds will work with ministries, agencies, and localities in Vietnam to seek opportunities for economic and social cooperation, while promoting innovation and international investment. A highlight of this event is the opportunity to connect and directly approach major investment funds; share ideas and learn from experts; and expand a network of potential partners.

The E-Future Association was established with the mission of connecting Vietnamese startup entrepreneurs in Japan, supporting businesses in accessing capital and markets. At the same time, it promotes technology transfer cooperation projects, building a close bridge between Vietnam and Japan to create opportunities for exchange, cooperation, and sustainable development.

The Vietnamese startup market is booming with impressive growth rates. Vietnamese startups are increasingly affirming their capacity and potential in fields such as information technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, education, and renewable energy. However, to break through and reach out to the international market, they need to be connected to capital sources, potential partners, and practical experience.
