The author is one of the few in-depth researchers on President Ho Chi Minh, with the aim "to prove a confirmed truth: President Ho Chi Minh is an exemplary communist, a leader whose words are consistent with his actions" – as the author shared at the beginning of the book.

Within the framework of the implementation of the national-level independent project on “Studying and evaluating the current status of the avifauna, and proposing solutions for management and conservation of bird species in coastal lagoon area in Central Vietnam”, which is presided over by the Central Coast Natural History Museum, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and implemented by Dr. Ho Thang, the project leader, the research team has recorded the glossy ibis (Plegadis falcinellus) for the first time in the O Lau estuary of Tam Giang - Cau Hai lagoon.
