According to the Decision, the Specialized Research Team will be based at the Office of the City Party Committee, with the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee serving as the Leader. The Team’s functions, duties, authority, and organizational structure will be implemented in accordance with the Standing Committee’s regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung affirmed that establishing the Specialized Research Team is a policy agreed upon by the Standing Committee, aimed at building an advisory team with the capacity for research, synthesis, and policy consultation to meet the requirements of leadership and governance in the new context.

‘Promptly addressing grassroots-level issues’ is the title of the lead article on page 3, reporting on the situation following the merger of villages and residential groups since July 1. Many Party cells across Hue City have quickly stabilized their organizational structures and moved swiftly to address issues at the grassroots level.
