Saigon Morin Hue LLC has just been honored with the Vietnam Golden Star Award 2024, and this company ranks in Top 200 typical businesses nationwide. Besides that, Saigon Morin Hue LLC is also the only business of Thua Thien Hue province to receive this award in 2024.

The 130th Anniversary Ceremony of Hue Central Hospital was solemnly held on December 12.

On the afternoon of December 3rd, 2024, Hue University held a ceremony to announce the decision and award certificates recognizing educators and visiting lecturers of Hue University as having achieved the title of Associate Professor.

On the morning of November 23, the ceremony to receive the national intangible cultural heritage title “Knowledge of Huế Áo dài tailoring and wearing” was solemnly held at the Provincial Culture and Cinema Center.

On the afternoon of November 23rd, a ceremony was held with great dignity at Thai Hoa Palace, Hue Imperial Citadel to inaugurate Thai Hoa Palace and receive the UNESCO Documentary Heritage Recognition Certificate for “The bas-reliefs on the Nine Dynastic Urns at the Imperial Palace of Hue”.

In the 2024 Vietnam Art Photography Competition, the Organizing Committee received over 900 sets of photos. Out of these, 73 sets were selected for the exhibition, and 19 sets were awarded prizes.

On October 1, Quang Dien District, along with relevant agencies and units, organized the inauguration ceremony of a stele engraved with the poem titled “Viet Bac”, by the poet To Huu in both Vietnamese and Tay languages, at the Cultural Park and Memorial Site of To Huu (Quang Tho Commune, Quang Dien District).

On the morning of September 29, the project of Hue – Plastic Reduction Urban in the Central region of Vietnam, funded by WWF-Norway (through WWF-Vietnam and received by the People’s Committee of Hue City) in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Hue City organized a ceremony to hand over 2 garbage trucks worth nearly 10 billion VND.

On the afternoon of September 28th, the Department of Education and Training, in collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the Provincial Museum of History, organized a heritage visit and experience at the Imperial Citadel for students who received the title of “Honored student of the school" for the 2023 - 2024 academic year.

According to information from the Provincial Forest Protection Department, on September 25, the forest ranger units have received three individuals of rare and precious wild animals, which were voluntarily handed over by residents via hotlines.
