In the period of 2026 - 2030, alongside the process of exploitation, the effectiveness of the collected Han - Nom (Sino-Vietnamese Demotic character) documents will be promoted. Furthermore, these also aim to serve the research needs of readers, scholars, and experts in the fields of history, culture, society, economy, and politics.

On the morning of September 27, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Nguyen Province and Thai Nguyen Tourism Association, in coordination with Hue City Department of Tourism, organized a program to promote and advertise tourism of Thai Nguyen Province in Hue City.

On the afternoon of September 9, Hue City People's Committee, in collaboration with Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, held a review of the science and technology cooperation program for the 2022 - 2025 period, with a vision toward 2030, and signed an agreement on cooperation in science and technology activities between the two sides for the 2025 - 2030 period.

On the evening of September 5th, the Department of Science and Technology (S&T) organized an exhibition to showcase Science and Technology products, commercially potential products, and trademark-protected products in 2025. The exhibition is part of activities to promote the development of the Science and Technology market and to respond to the National Tourism Year 2025; the exhibition runs for two days, from September 5th to September 7th.

On the afternoon of August 29th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, met and worked with a delegation from Chungcheongnam Province (South Korea), led by Governor Kim Tae Heum.

On the afternoon of August 28th, at Nguyen Dinh Chieu pedestrian path (Thuan Hoa Ward), Hue City Farmers’ Association held the opening of the 2025 Agricultural Fair to introduce and promote outstanding agricultural products, OCOP products, and local specialties to residents and visitors.

Hue City is promoting green transportation through practical solutions, including electric buses, public bicycles, charging stations, smart parking lots, and applications that support residents in changing their travel habits. This approach aligns with urban characteristics, laying the foundation for a city with low-emission, sustainable, and livable in.

On the afternoon of August 13, Hue City People's Committee Office announced that a delegation from Hue City, led by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, had a series of working sessions in Hobart City, Tasmania, Australia. These sessions were part of the Program to promote Vietnamese localities in Australia in 2025, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On August 13, the Department of Science and Technology held a conference titled “Orientation for solutions to develop an Innovative Startup Ecosystem in Hue City in the New Phase”. The event was held to foster the work of discussing, sharing, and offering solutions to agree on ways to promote local innovative startup ecosystem, helping it overcome challenges and reach new heights.

Phuoc Tich is an ancient village located in Phong Hoa Ward, Phong Dien Town, Hue City. The village was established in 1470. Though small, Phuoc Tich boasts 12 river wharfs, symbolizing the 12 founding families who first settled the land. Along with the founding of the village, migrants from Đàng Ngoài (Outer Realm) who came to this land to make a living also brought with them the traditional craft of pottery.
