In accordance with the regulations, entries must be photographs that provide a truthful reflection of the land and people in border areas. Hue City Party Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization requires localities and units to continue enhancing propaganda efforts with rich content and diverse formats, ensuring wide-reaching impact and attracting the active participation of officials, Party members, and people from all walks of life.
