On the morning of December 22, a workshop was held in Hue City to launch the mission “Promoting human resource management for Vietnamese healthcare system, focusing on HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and control”. The workshop aimed to finalize the plans, content, and implementation methods for scientific and technological tasks in the new phase, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of local healthcare system.

In recent years, Hue City has strongly mobilized resources from international organizations to promote green transportation, gradually building a green city with sustainable development.

This is one of many outstanding achievements shared at the Review Conference for the Visit Vietnam Year - Hue 2025. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MoCST) in coordination with Hue City People's Committee on the morning of December 19.

On the afternoon of December 16th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Toan held a reception and working session with a delegation from Carlsberg Vietnam Trading Co., Ltd. On the afternoon of December 9, in Hue City, the Border Guard Commands of three provinces and cities: Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Ngai (Vietnam), held the 19th annual talks in 2025 with the Military Command of Sekong Province (Lao People's Democratic Republic).

During their visits to educational institutions on the morning of November 20th in celebration of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, city leaders acknowledged the contributions of the units to the city’s education and training efforts; at the same time, hoped that schools will continue to promote their roles, innovate, improve teaching quality, and make positive contributions to Hue’s development in the new period.

Nearly 5 years into implementation, the project “Promoting the Value of Ho Chi Minh Relics in Hue City to Serve Tourism Development” for the 2021-2025 period has attracted participation from nearly 10 travel agencies offering tours to the Ho Chi Minh Museum and other relic sites.

On October 16, the National Data Association coordinated with Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to launch the Global Data Expert Network (Vietnam Data Expert Network - VDEN). The event marks a new milestone in the work of bringing together and connecting Vietnamese intellectuals worldwide to join hands to promote the development of data economy and national digital transformation.

On the morning of October 15, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Song Ho-jun, Deputy Mayor of Gyeongju City (Korea).

Through forestry investment support and livelihood creation for local people, based on efficient forest environment utilization, the localities, units, and relevant sectors have mobilized and promoted the roles of communities and enterprises, contributing to strategic changes in forest resource management and development.
