The highlight of page 4 is ‘Paving the Way for Foreign Investment’, an analysis of the new opportunities arising from the Politburo's Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW on the development of the foreign-invested economic sector. The article examines positive developments in Hue’s efforts to attract foreign direct investment (FDI), referring to the need to improve further the investment environment, infrastructure, human resources, and the business ecosystem in order to strengthen the city’s long-term appeal to investors. Drawing on the advantages of Hue as a heritage city, the article explores how culture can become an intrinsic source of strength, a driver of economic growth, and a lasting competitive advantage. It also proposes key pillars for development, including cultural tourism, festivals, the ao-dai, cuisine, traditional craft villages, and heritage-based creative industries.

Page 6 continues the newspaper's focus on inspiring human-interest stories with ‘Building Love’, which highlights the efforts of local Party committees and authorities to help low-income families secure stable housing and improve their living conditions.
