On the morning of August 7th, the delegation from the People's Committee of Ha Nam province held a working session with the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province to exchange and share experiences in implementing digital transformation (DT).

At 3 a.m., when the peanut grinding machine started to operate, the “pressers” also showed up one after another. There are those carrying firewood, those lighting fires, and those whittling bamboo. These people are preparing for a full day of work, making cans of peanut oil - a local specialty.

Over the course of 3 nights, from August 2 to 4, at the Imperial City Night Street in Thuan Hoa Ward, Hue City People's Committee will organize a creative and experiential space for Hue traditional handicrafts, specialties, and cuisine.

On the morning of July 28, the project “Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam”, funded by the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF) - Norway (through the WWF - Vietnam), received by Hue City People's Committee, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Tourism, organized the inauguration of 5 waiting lounges and free water stations at tourist destinations, including: Thien Mu Pagoda, Bao Vinh Ancient Town, Ban Nguyet Bridge - Me Wharf, Vong Canh Hill, and Sinh Village wrestling area (Hue City).

The People's Committee of Hue City has recently built the dossier “Hue - A Creative City” to join the UNESCO's Creative Cities Network in the field of cuisine.

From July 20 to 26, at Bharat Mandapam International Exhibition-cum-convention centre (IECC) in New Delhi, India, a delegation of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province, led by Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh, attended the programs within the framework of the session, according to the invitation from the Director of the UNESCO’s World Heritage Committee and Vietnam National Commission for UNESCO. The delegation was accompanied by representatives from departments and branches.

On July 18th, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh, had a courtesy meeting with H.E. Caroline Beresford, New Zealand Ambassador to Vietnam.

I was quite surprised to learn that milk sweet soup is a dessert originating from Hue, not a new snack from Saigon - where dairy ingredients are quite popular in delicious dishes for young people.

By listening to the miraculous sounds of rocks, the young artist Nguyen Van Tien has allowed rocks to narrate stories of memories. Through his vibrant and delicate brushstrokes, the rocks have become conveyers of beautiful memories and memorable moments for many people.

On July 11th, the People's Committee of Vinh Thanh Commune (Phu Vang) held a ceremony to announce the decision and receive the certificate recognizing Ha Thanh Communal House as a provincial historical site.
