On the morning of April 22, the University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University (HUFLIS), launched and introduced the Bachelor’s program in American Studies at the HUFLIS.

The Hue Museum of Fine Arts, in collaboration with A Luoi District People’s Committee and Hanoi Urban Sketching Group, launched the “A Luoi traditional art” creation program on March 29th.

On the afternoon of March 24th, at Kien Trung Palace – Hue Imperial Citadel, the exhibition showcasing the artworks of Emperor Ham Nghi themed “Troi, Non, Nuoc | Allusive Panorama” (Sky, Mountain, Water | Allusive Panorama) was officially launched by Art Republik Vietnam magazine, in collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the French Institute in Vietnam.

According to the information released by the Department of Tourism on the afternoon of February 27, the promotional video for the National Tourism Year – Hue 2025 with the theme “Hue - Ancient Capital - New Opportunities” has just been launched on the Fanpage of Hue City People’s Committee.

On February 6th, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) launched the At Ty Spring (Lunar New Year of the Snake) 2025 “Tree Planting Festival – Forever Grateful to Uncle Ho” at Emperor Gia Long’s Mausoleum.

On December 18th, at Ruong House Space within the Interior Palace area of Hue Imperial Citadel, Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) in collaboration with Comicola and Phygital Labs officially launched the experience area and introduced the “Imperial Ancient Capital Archaeology Chronicles” project.

Launched in April, the 2024 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest attracted 16.358 entries from 120 primary schools, secondary schools, and high schools in the provincial area.

With the support of Hue City Martial Arts Association, on the morning of November 10, Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect organized the opening ceremony of the first Expanded Tournament for Traditional Martial Arts Clubs and Schools of the Vietnam Buddhist Martial Arts Sect in 2024 at Hue City Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, located at 150 Nguyen Trai Street, Tay Loc Ward.

The book launch discussion for “Ham Nghi: The Exiled Emperor - An Artist in Algiers”, with the participation of author and speaker Amandine Dabat, a PhD in Art History and the 5th descendant of Emperor Ham Nghi, took place on November 5 at Duyet Thi Duong Theater, Hue Imperial Citadel.
