In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Pham Nhu Hiep, Director of Hue Central Hospital, emphasized that continuous training is a mandatory requirement for medical staff in the context of constantly evolving medicine, contributing to ensuring the quality of medical examination and treatment, as well as patient safety.

During this session, the hospital organized 32 courses with the participation of 126 trainees, including doctors and nurses from various provinces and cities nationwide. The curriculum for these courses is designed to be diverse and closely aligned with the practical needs in medical examination, treatment, and patient care.

According to a representative from the Organizing Committee, participating in continuous training courses is a compulsory requirement for medical personnel to ensure the maintenance and improvement of medical examination and treatment quality. At the same time, it is also an essential condition for the issuance and renewal of practicing certificates in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health. This effort contributes to standardizing the medical workforce, aiming toward the goal of providing increasingly better services to patients.
