When the Pa Co language finds its voice on digital platforms, and when history is recreated through virtual reality technology, the traditional cultural values of A Luoi are also discovering new pathways for preservation and sustainable dissemination in the digital age. Remarkably, this initiative is the result of a scientific innovation project developed by a group of students from this mountainous region.

Hue City is entering a new stage of development with the goal of becoming a major regional hub for science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation in Central Vietnam. To realize this strategy, intellectuals, scientists, experts, and traditional local knowledge are regarded as a key force contributing to Hue’s sustainable growth.

Thanks to the application of artificial intelligence (AI), many of Hue’s heritage values are being retold by young people in an entirely new “language”. Historic structures and symbolic cultural icons, long associated with an atmosphere of antiquity and quiet elegance, are now being brought to life through digital creations, contributing to taking Hue Ancient Capital’s image closer to young audiences.

This is the theme of the Action Month for Children 2026, launched by the People's Committee of Thanh Thuy Ward on the morning of June 4. The program aims to raise awareness and strengthen the responsibility of authorities at all levels, sectors, families, and society as a whole in caring for, educating, and protecting children.

On the evening of May 29, at Bao Vinh Ancient Town (Hoa Chau Ward), the City People's Committee organized the launching ceremony for the Action Month for Children 2026 under the theme “Happy and safe children confidently stepping into the digital era”.

On the morning of May 27, the University of Economics, Hue University held a press conference to announce 4 new academic programs for the 2026 admissions cycle, including Digital Marketing, International Business, Master's in Accounting, and PhD in Economic Management.

On the morning of May 23rd, the University of Law, Hue University, in coordination with Da Nang Representative Office of the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam and Tilleke & Gibbins, held the opening ceremony for the 6th “Student Innovation and Intellectual Property” Competition 2026 under the theme “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence”.

On May 12th, the City Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education organized a conference to disseminate the Law on Protection of State Secrets and the Law on Digital Transformation to officials, civil servants, and public employees from departments, agencies, sectors, and localities across the city.

Thanks to AI training programs integrated with sales skills, content creation, and the use of digital tools, the lives of many visually impaired individuals have improved significantly. From having limited access to technology, they are gradually mastering digital tools, improving their livelihoods, and confidently participating in the digital economy.

This activity was organized by Hue Central Hospital within the framework of a scientific seminar celebrating International Nurses Day (May 12) under the theme “Professional communication in digital transformation and hospital quality”. The event aimed to update knowledge, enhance communication skills, management capacity, and behavioral culture in a modern healthcare environment.
