On May 14th in Hue, the Journalism Professional Training Center under the Vietnam Journalists Association, in coordination with the city’s Journalists Association, organized a specialized training course titled “Applying Artificial Intelligence and Automation in Multimedia Content Production” for more than 40 reporters, editors, and communications officers. Attending the event was Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Nam, journalist, Chairwoman of the city’s Journalists Association and Deputy Director of Hue Newspaper and Radio-Television Station.

Traditional culture is no longer unfamiliar to young people as the student group “Gen Z Ke Su” (Gen Z Tells History) from the Communication Technology major at FPT University Da Nang launched a media project titled “Co Vat Cung Dinh” (Royal Antiquities). The project uses modern technology applications to tell traditional stories.

On the evening of May 1st, the People’s Committee of Hue City announced that, on the same day, the city’s heritage site system recorded the highest-ever number of visitors and ticket revenue in a single day. On the morning of April 23rd, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang held a working session with Thanh Thuy Ward on the implementation of tourism and service projects in the area. The 5th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2026, with the message “Books - Knowledge - Aspiration for National Development”, organized by Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, officially opened on the morning of April 21st at Hue City Library (29A Le Quy Don Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).
