The poster of Hue International Arts Festival Week 2024 features Hue purple color for its background combined with iconic images such as Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, the parasol tree, dragons, the sun and the moon… showcasing the richness and uniqueness of Hue's culture.

On the afternoon of May 12th, at 3/2 Park, the Hue Brass Band held a music show to commemorate the 134th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024).

Participating in the International Art Festival Week Hue 2024, Cergy Hip hop Dance Group from Cergy Dance Training Center (France) will provide a performance titled "The flows", with the desire to bring to the audience a comprehensive view of hip hop culture with the flows between the internal and external forces.

On the afternoon of May 7th, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the provincial Party Committee, held a working session with Mar6 Studios Co., Ltd. regarding the film project about Empress Nam Phuong. On the afternoon of May 7, the Provincial Study Promotion Association coordinated with the Nguyen Chi Thanh Talent Promotion Scholarship Fund and the Department of Education and Training to organize an awarding ceremony to students who won high prizes in the national excellent student competition in the academic year of 2023 - 2024. Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho attended the ceremony.

The University of Arts, Hue University and its partner organized art exhibitions in both Vietnam and Laos, “building” a cultural bridge between the two countries.

Once again, Thua Thien Hue Karatedo took the throne with a spectacular return to the top at the 10th Central Region - Central Highlands Karatedo Championship in 2024. Also in late April, 2 athletes Le Van Tinh and Le Minh Thuan are part of the national team to compete at the Southeast Asian Championship in Thailand.

The Central Coast Museum of Nature (henceforth the Museum) was established in 2009, and its specimen display space was officially open to the public in 2020.
