On the afternoon of March 30th, Hue Central Hospital announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MicroPort MedBot (China) and Hanoi Foreign Medical (HFM) to establish the first Vietnam-China Robotic Surgery Training Center in Vietnam. On the afternoon of March 20th, An Cuu Ward organized the first Youth and Children’s Creativity Competition 2026, attracting the participation of 14 projects and models from students of primary and lower secondary schools in the area. ​

On the afternoon of March 18, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People’s Committee, chaired a meeting to review the city’s economic growth performance, along with growth scenarios for the first quarter and the whole of 2026. The meeting was attended by the Vice Chairmen of the City People’s Committee and leaders of relevant departments and agencies.

The first charter flight is expected in late March or April 2026, with Hue and its Korean partners planning to launch the inaugural Hue-South Korea charter flight in 2026, followed by efforts to establish regular scheduled service.
