University of Medicine and Pharmacy wins overall first prize at National Student Biology Olympiad

HNN.VN - The 6th National Student Biology Olympiad 2026, hosted by Vietnam Association of Biological Sciences in collaboration with Duy Tan University, ended with an awards ceremony on August 8.

The competition brought together more than 30 teams and over 150 students from universities and academies across the country.

Representing the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the five-member team delivered an outstanding performance, winning the overall first prize, along with three individual first prizes and two individual third prizes.

Beyond providing a platform for students passionate about biology to demonstrate their knowledge, confidence, and professional skills, the competition also served as a forum for academic exchange and networking. The event contributed to promoting scientific research, inspiring a passion for exploring knowledge, and supporting the development of biology amid educational innovation and international integration.
