Zeng weaving is a traditional craft that has existed for generations among the ethnic groups in the Western part of Hue City, and is a part of the unique traditional culture of the people there... As life depends on the mountains and forests and is close to nature, each Zeng product is not only a daily item and a spiritual item, but also a work of arts in the spiritual life of the people.

A great number of tourists and locals flocked into the Huyen Tran Temple Festival held on At Ty new year’s days. This was an event held by the Department of Culture and Sports, opening on the morning of the lunar January 9th (February 6) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center, located at the foot of Ngu Phong Mountain (An Tay Ward, Thuan Hoa District).

On the evening of February 1st, at Thuong Bac Park, Phu Xuan District Youth Union, in collaboration with District Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, organized the 2025 cultural program “Mung Dang Quang Vinh” (In Celebration of the Glorious Party).
