China - ASEAN Cultural Exchange Program 2025 in Vietnam is a meaningful event held to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam this year.

This congress will focus on exchanging challenges and difficulties, and sharing development experiences and solutions around two main topics: “Developing sustainable and green tourism” and “Developing smart cities.”

The MoU were signed with an aim to efficiently expand and develop the friendly relationship between Hue City and Nara Prefecture by enhancing cooperation in various fields.

This event was supported by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Vietnam through the project “Hue – Plastic-reduced smart cities in Central Vietnam”.
