Hue university coordinates the ERASMUS+ Capacity Building for Higher Education Project for the first time

The CDAE project which is of the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 program (Component of the Capacity building for Higher Education) is implemented in the period of 2019–2022 to develop sustainable agriculture and food systems.

The specific goals of the project include developing a master training program to train experts (farmers and agricultural experts) necessary knowledge, skills, and experiences to meet the need of employment at partner countries; Improving capacity of lecturers of partner university, as well as improving qualification, transferring knowledge and skills which are appropriate with the employment needs in the 21st century; Developing the professional capacity of administrative specialists; Promoting the cooperation, theory and practice exchange in the field of cooperation between EU, universities, farmers, agricultural experts, related policymakers and the whole agriculture sector.

From 2015 up to now, Hue University has been participating in 11 projects of the program Capacity building for Higher Education (Erasmus+) sponsored by the European Union. As for this project, this is the first time Hue University plays the coordinating role.
