On the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the liberation of Hue (March 26th, 2026), along with Hue Railway Station being officially recognized as a “Tourist Destination” and the “Connecting Heritage Journey” train launching a new look connecting layers of memory and culture, the Hoa Xa coffee shop and claypot rice restaurant was officially introduced to take part and accompany this development.

On April 15, A Dot Border Guard Station, stationed in A Luoi 4 Commune, in coordination with the Youth Union of Nham Primary School, organized an experiential learning program for the school’s students.

On the morning of March 26, Vietnam Railways (VNR), in coordination with the City People’s Committee, unveiled the new design of the “Connecting Central Heritage Journey” train and announced Hue Railway Station’s recognition as a tourist destination.

At exactly 7:00 p.m. on March 15th, polling stations across Hue City simultaneously closed for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and members of People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. The election was conducted in a serious, democratic, safe, and legal manner.

The festival for all people also marked by vivid and heartwarming moments of solidarity and trust of voters.

The teams of doctors and medical staff at local health stations play the role of “gatekeepers” of the healthcare system, helping to reduce the burden on higher-level hospitals and bringing healthcare services closer to the residents.

Offering both a fresh artistic experience and a way to preserve the vibrant emotions of spring, the workshop on paintings to hang up for Tet led by young artist Tuyet Loan at An Yen Station (Phu Xuan Ward) has become a tranquil gathering place where participants immerse themselves in radiant brushstrokes.

On January 30th, Hue Newspaper and Radio & Television Station organized a Tet gift-giving program for disadvantaged residents, sponsored by Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC.

On January 17th, Phu Xuan Ward Women’s Union, in coordination with Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Phu Xuan Ward Health Station, organized a program providing free breast cancer screening for 200 female officials, members, and women residing in Phu Xuan Ward. The activity was supported by the “Bright Tomorrow” Fund.

On the afternoon of December 15, Hue City Department of Health organized a conference to transfer the commune and ward health stations, in their current condition, from the medical centers to the Commune-level People's Committees for management. This is an important step to implement the City People's Committee's decisions on consolidating the organizational model of grassroots healthcare, towards improving management efficiency and promoting the role of local authorities in primary healthcare for People.
