On the morning of February 26 (the 10th day of the first lunar month), Sinh Village wrestling festival in Duong No Ward, Hue City, officially opened in a vibrant atmosphere, drawing large crowds of residents and visitors from across the region to cheer and compete in the arena.

After more than 10 days of activities, Hue Spring Festival of the year of the Horse 2026, themed “Identity and Integration” organized by the People’s Committee of Hue City, officially concluded on the afternoon of February 21 (the 5th day of the Lunar January) at Ly Tu Trong Park (Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

On the afternoon of February 10, Hue Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse 2026, themed “Identity and Integration”, officially opened at Ly Tu Trong Park along the bank of the Huong River on Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward. The event is organized by Hue City People's Committee.

On the morning of February 10, Hue City Police Youth Union, in collaboration with the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, Hue Central Hospital, organized the Red Spring Festival 2026. The event drew a large number of youth union members.

On the afternoon of February 10th, the Department of Education and Training organized the preliminary round for the city-level “Secondary English Debate Competition” to select outstanding students for the 2025-2026 school year at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School.

On the morning of February 10th (the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month of the Year of the Snake), under fine weather conditions, Hue Monuments Conservation Center reenacted the ceremony of setting up Neu pole (Thuong Tieu ceremony) in strict accordance with royal court rituals of the Nguyen Dynasty. The activity was part of Hue Festival 2026, attracting large numbers of locals and visitors to observe and experience the event, recreating the atmosphere of the traditional Tet holiday in the former Royal Palace.

The 6th “Hue Jogging - Running for the community” event in 2025 took place on the morning of February 16 at Phu Van Lau (Le Duan Street), attracting nearly 6,000 participants. The event featured two distances, including 5km and 10km.

On February 10th, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong - Deputy Secretary of Hue Party Committee and Chairman of Hue People's Committee, held an online meeting with Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy, an authorized representative of Vingroup.
