Opening of Hue Spring Festival 2026
HNN.VN - On the afternoon of February 10, Hue Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse 2026, themed “Identity and Integration”, officially opened at Ly Tu Trong Park along the bank of the Huong River on Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward. The event is organized by Hue City People's Committee.

Running from now until the 5th day of the Lunar New Year (from February 10 to 21), the Spring Festival is held to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for People and visitors alike at the beginning of the new year, while also contributing to the preservation and promotion of the nation’s traditional cultural values. Continuing a tradition maintained for many years, the Spring Festival has become a familiar cultural destination, meeting the needs for sightseeing and healthy entertainment of locals and visitors as Tet and spring arrive.
To serve the Spring Festival, the city has decorated parks, green spaces, and main streets with more than 281,000 flowers of various types. This year, the Spring Festival’s space stretches across the parks on both sides of the Huong River, featuring many unique artistic highlights.

In addition, to meet the demand of locals for purchasing flowers and ornamental plants, the city has organized the Tet Flower Market 2026 at Phu Xuan Park, with 135 stalls offering a diverse and vibrant variety of flowers and bonsai.
According to the organizing committee, the Spring Festival is an annual cultural activity of practical significance, contributing to creating a highlight for community cultural life and serving the entertainment needs of People in the early days of the new year. It is also an opportunity to promote the image, people, and culture of Hue to friends and visitors both domestically and internationally.
