On October 21, the Luxembourg Project Management Board, in coordination with Maries Co., Ltd., organized an event to announce activities within the framework of Project VIE/039 “Initiative to enhance the capacity of women working in Bang grass (Lepironia articulata) handicraft, contributing to preserving the traditional craft and creating sustainable livelihoods in Phong Binh (now Phong Dinh Ward), Hue City”.

On October 16, the National Data Association coordinated with Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to launch the Global Data Expert Network (Vietnam Data Expert Network - VDEN). On the morning of October 11th, the People’s Committee of Phong Phu Ward, in collaboration with the Department of Science and Technology, organized a training workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) application skills for officials, civil servants, and employees working in the ward.

On October 8 and 9, a working delegation from Hue Central Hospital organized an activity to provide free medical check-ups, health consultations, and medication to over 600 disadvantaged residents in Cam Binh Commune (Ha Tinh) - an area recently affected by Storm No. 10.

Besides the ancient heritage architectural works with splendid beauty, future architects also depicted a truthful yet incredibly gentle portrayal when sketching modern constructions of Hue City on its development.
