On December 31, the Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital organized a voluntary blood donation festival themed “White Blouse, Red Heart”. 350 staff members of the unit, including doctors and nurses from various departments and centers across both units, participated in the event.

The 130th Anniversary Ceremony of Hue Central Hospital was solemnly held on December 12.

This is the content of a conference organized by the Center for Application of Advanced Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology on the afternoon of December 9. The conference introduced and transferred technologies to individuals, units, and agricultural production enterprises in the province.

On November 30, the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 175/2024/QH15 regarding the establishment of Hue City as a centrally governed municipality (NQ175). Simultaneously, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution 1314/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the arrangement of district- and commune-level administrative units in Hue City for the 2023–2025 period (NQ 1314). These resolutions will take effect on January 1, 2025.

On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial People’s Committee had a meeting with businesses to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day. Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) was honored in the category of Outstanding digital transformation by public service and business units with its solution “Applying digital technology to conserve and promote the values of Hue’s heritage.”

On October 1, Quang Dien District, along with relevant agencies and units, organized the inauguration ceremony of a stele engraved with the poem titled “Viet Bac”, by the poet To Huu in both Vietnamese and Tay languages, at the Cultural Park and Memorial Site of To Huu (Quang Tho Commune, Quang Dien District).

On the afternoon of September 27, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs held a conference to evaluate the work of sending laborers abroad under contracts for the first nine months of the year and to outline tasks for the last three months of 2024. The conference also aimed to discuss and address questions from relevant units and service companies regarding the advantages, difficulties, and challenges in sending laborers abroad.

According to information from the Provincial Forest Protection Department, on September 25, the forest ranger units have received three individuals of rare and precious wild animals, which were voluntarily handed over by residents via hotlines.

On the morning of September 13, Hue City Center for Culture, Information and Sports, in collaboration with various units and donors, organized an event to give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to 200 students in difficult circumstances in Hue City.
