During the April 30 - May 1 holiday period, employees will benefit from an extended five-day consecutive vacation. Forecasts predict domestic tours will attract many visitors. Local tourism authorities, travel agencies, and hotels have prepared numerous products and services, ready to welcome tourists.

On the afternoon of April 7th, a representative from the Department of Tourism reported that, according to preliminary statistics, approximately 105.000 visitors came to explore and experience tourist destinations in Hue over the four-day holiday period from April 4th to April 7th, 2025.

On the afternoon of April 4, information from the Department of Tourism said that, based on the assessment of visitor arrivals to Hue during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, the number of visitors to Hue City is forecast to increase sharply.

To provide opportunities for students and visitors to explore and study natural resources and biodiversity through valuable collections of animals, plants, geological specimens, minerals, and marine organisms, the Central Coastal Nature Museum is now offering free guided tours and interactive experiences.

Following the approval of the project to build a community-based beach tourism model in Hai Duong Commune, now in Thuan An Ward, Thuan Hoa District, by Hue City People's Council (formerly) in July 2023, the infrastructure in this place is gradually being completed, serving the sightseeing and swimming needs of locals and visitors, contributing to enhancing the economic value of the beach and lagoon.

According to statistics from the Department of Tourism, during the nine-day Lunar New Year of the Snake (At Ty)holiday from January 25th to February 2nd (December 26th to the January 5th in the lunar calendar), Hue welcomed an estimated 150,300 visitors, marking a nearly 37% increase compared to the same period during the Year of the Dragon Tet holiday in 2024.

On the morning of January 1, Hue City Department of Tourism in collaboration with the Central Region Airport Authority at Phu Bai International Airport, Phu Bai International Airport, and the Vietnam Airlines branch in Hue, along with Pacific Airlines organized a program to welcome the first flight and visitors to Hue City in 2025. The intense competition among domestic tourism destinations and the increasing demand of visitors require further investment in infrastructure and modernization of destinations, including high-end infrastructure and accommodation services.

On November 30, the Provincial Department of Tourism, in collaboration with Hue Railway Branch and Hong Ha International Travel Company (Lao Cai), organized a welcoming program for a group of visitors from China, arriving in Hue via a charter train on a nationwide tour.
