On the afternoon of September 24, the University of Arts, Hue University, held the opening ceremony of the 2025 International Fine Arts Exhibition themed “Cultural heritage in contemporary art practice”. The event is part of the 2025 International Workshop and Exhibition program, bringing together artists from Japan, the Republic of Korea, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam.

Unique artworks with six-layer cut specimens - a visual metaphor for the heritage reconstruction process - are on display at an exhibition themed “HER-ITAGE - Reconstructing traditional embroidery”, offering viewers a new and interesting experience.

On the morning of September 20, Hue City Employment Service Center held a ceremony to open the “Employment Month 2025” with the theme “September - The Autumn of Recruitment”.

That was the message shared by Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, at the seminar themed “Green Transition and Strategy to Attract Industrial Investment in Hue City”, co-organized on September 19th by Tuoi Tre Newspaper, the Packaging Recycling Alliance Vietnam (PRO Vietnam), and Hue City People’s Committee. Attending the seminar was Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the Hue City People’s Committee.

On September 17 - 18, in Hue City, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, together with the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, in collaboration with UNICEF held a seminar with the theme “Training on Child-Centered Communication in the Situations of Natural Disasters”.

After over 2 weeks taking place in Hanoi, the exhibition on the country’s achievements with the theme “the 80-year journey to Independence - Freedom - Happiness” has officially closed. The organizing committee honored and awarded the title of “Typical Display Space” to the display space of Hue City.

“Resilience in the Eye of the Media Storm” was the theme of a seminar jointly organized by the Department of Finance, CSMO Vietnam, and Hue CEO Club on September 13th.

On September 12, the Vietnam Internet Association, in coordination with the Security Bootcamp Community and the Hue City Institute for Research and Development, held the Security Bootcamp 2025 program with the theme “Regeneration.”

On the night of September 3, Hue City Music Association in collaboration with Vietnam Musicians Association branch in Hue and various art units organized a music program with the theme “ New Day in the Homeland” at Hue City Culture and Cinema Center to celebrate the 16th Vietnam Music Day (September 3, 2010 - September 3, 2025).

To celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and the success of the first Phong Phu Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Phong Phu Ward People's Committee organized the first “Run for the Community” race in 2025 on the morning of August 31, with the theme “Phong Phu - Steps of aspiration”.
