On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), Hue City Women’s Union held a flower- and incense-offering ceremony on July 20 at the Memorial Stele to the women heroes of the 11 Girls of the Huong River Squad, and also visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and the former female soldiers.
