On the morning of September 14, at the Youth Center (57 Lam Hoang Street, Hue City), the city's Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, organized a contest on “First aid skills, and communication on voluntary blood donation, tissue donation, organ donation and climate change”. This event was held to celebrate the 25th anniversary of World First Aid Day (September 13, 2000 - September 13, 2025).

Building on digital citizens is a key factor that determines the success of the digital transformation revolution. In response to this urgent requirement, the “Digital Literacy for All” movement is seen as a practical and strategic initiative to popularize digital skills among the population. On May 19, in Phu Loc district, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Mobilization of Hue City, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital and the People's Committee of Phu Loc district, organized the opening ceremony of the 8th “Red Journey - Red Drops of Hue” program in 2025. This event is part of a series of activities in response to the nationwide blood donation campaign – the Red Journey, towards the celebration of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.

After the country was reunified, the Pioneering Youth force transitioned to a new mission: overcoming the consequences of war and contributing to economic development. In response to the revolutionary call at that time, Binh Tri Thien Province and Hue City established two Pioneering Youth regiments tasked with surveying, building roads, clearing land, and constructing homes to welcome thousands of families from Hue to settle in the southern regions and establish new Hue communities far from home. From March 15 to 18, Hue Central Hospital, in collaboration with Emory University (the US), organized the Comprehensive Acute Trauma Care (CATC) course to enhance emergency response capabilities for medical staff.
