On the morning of November 9, communes and wards across Hue City simultaneously launched environmental cleanup campaigns in connection with the “Green Sunday” movement, aiming to restore urban landscapes and prevent disease outbreaks following prolonged flooding. City leaders visited several locations to inspect, encourage, and present gifts to participating teams.

According to the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention (the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment), on the morning of October 30, nearly 30 tons of emergency relief supplies from the Government of Russia were delivered by special aircraft to Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi).

On September 17 - 18, in Hue City, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, together with the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, in collaboration with UNICEF held a seminar with the theme “Training on Child-Centered Communication in the Situations of Natural Disasters”.

On the afternoon of September 6, the Chan May Port Border Guard Station, in coordination with the Chan May - Lang Co Commune Health Station and Thua Luu High School, organized a training and outreach conference on drowning prevention for students before the rainy and stormy season in 2025.

The event was organized by Hue Central Hospital as part of the 13th Annual Hue Cancer Prevention Scientific Conference, held from August 20-23.

On August 16, in Hue City, the Fund for Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control (Ministry of Health) organized a launching ceremony of the campaign to strengthen the implementation of smoke-free environments in restaurants, hotels, and public places.

This is an activity organized by Hue City’s Department of Health on the afternoon of August 8, with the participation of more than 30 instructors and officials from 6 wards and communes participating in the “Support for effective and sustainable interventions to prevent drowning in Hue City” project in 2025.
