HNN.VN - Over the course of 2 days, from May 12 to 13, the Sub-Department of Irrigation and Climate Change, in coordination with the City Red Cross Society, organized a training course on first aid, rescue, and emergency response skills for disaster prevention and control task forces in 2026.

The course is divided into 4 classes, with the participation of 120 trainees (from Duong No, An Cuu, Dan Dien, and Quang Dien)
Participating in this course, the trainees receive training in essential skills related to disaster response and emergency handling, including basic first aid, bleeding control and wound dressing, fracture treatment, first aid for stroke victims, and water rescue…
The training course was held to enhance the capacity and practical skills of grassroots disaster response task forces, thereby improving preparedness and minimizing human and property losses caused by natural disasters and emergencies in the locality.
Previously, the units also organized 3 training courses related to disaster prevention and control for response forces, aiming to proactively support locals and minimize damage in low-lying areas.
