On September 16, in Hanoi, the National Data Association (NDA) had a working session with Hue Monuments Conservation Center to discuss a cooperation plan in digital transformation and heritage data development. Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong, Vice Chairman of the NDA; Mr. Hoang Viet Trung, Director of Hue Monuments Conservation Center; and Mr. Nguyen Long, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Informatics Association, attended the working session.

The National Sepak Takraw Championship 2025 for elite teams officially opened on the afternoon of September 15th at the square opposite Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. The tournament is co-organized by the Department of Culture & Sports and Vietnam Sepak Takraw Federation.

The 2025 National Sports Championship for the Disabled were held from September 7 to 14 in Ho Chi Minh City. All athletes from Hue City won medals at the event.

On September 11, the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City announced that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism had issued a decision to rank two relic sites in the city as national relic sites.

On the morning of September 9, at the Center for Conservation of Vietnam natural resources and Phong Dien rescue of animals and plants, the Vietnam National Museum of Nature - Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology held the opening ceremony of the Natural History Exhibition Room.

On the evening of September 5th, the Department of Science and Technology (S&T) organized an exhibition to showcase Science and Technology products, commercially potential products, and trademark-protected products in 2025. The exhibition is part of activities to promote the development of the Science and Technology market and to respond to the National Tourism Year 2025; the exhibition runs for two days, from September 5th to September 7th.

On August 28, 1945, the people gathered at the Hue stadium for a rally to welcome the Central Delegation, which proclaimed the nationwide triumph of the General Uprising and introduced the National Liberation Committee as the Provisional Revolutionary Government, led by Comrade Ho Chi Minh as President.

“Thanh Thuy New Day - Connecting the Community” 2025 marathon, organized by Thanh Thuy Ward, took place on the morning of September 2. The activity was held to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2).
